  By displaying these terms and conditions, we aim to prevent misunderstandings  between GCS and our valued customers, in the hope that our relationship will continue to be smooth professional.   
     
  Free Delivery, Installation and Gas hose.

To qualify the following conditions apply.

  • The equipment is new and has been purchased from GCS or one of our accepted affiliates.
  • The premises that the equipment is to be installed to is within a 100 mile radius of our Offices in Reading, Berkshire
  • The precise installation position is at road level (No Stairs)
  • Access to the precise installation position is unrestricted and clear of obstruction.
  • Services required to operate the equipment must be present to within 1 metre of the precise installation position. ie; Gas, adequate electrical outlet, water and  waste (as applicable)

A survey is normally carried out to ensure these conditions are met.

  
     
  Gas Hose  
  The free gas hose that we supply will be a maximum length of 1 metre. It will be a Yellow, quick release commercial hose with a bore relevant to the equipment and gas required. Our hoses are to the highest standard and meet or exceed all current regulations.

If a longer or different hose is required, a surcharge may be applicable but this will be quoted for before installation.

  
     
  Gas Safety Check  
  After the installation is completed, a full gas safety check will be carried out and a certificate will be produced. This certificate is to be kept on record for two years and covers the annual inspection requirement as laid out in the Current Gas Regulations.
